We can help manage the everyday details, take care of errands, organize things at home, assist with administrative tasks, and tackle those projects that have been sitting on your list for far too long.
Assistant Services: $65/hour
4-hour minimum | Most projects limited to 6–7 hours per day
Errands & Logistics
Executive and Administrative Support
We'll take care of the running around.
Some of the smallest errands have a way of eating up an entire afternoon. Let us take a few of them off your list.
Services can include post office and mailing runs, package drop-offs, recycling runs for old electronics or bulk paperwork, and transporting household items to appropriate recycling or disposal locations.
We use our own vehicle for approved errands and transportation needs.
Stay organized without having to do it all yourself.
Have a growing list of little administrative tasks that keep getting pushed to tomorrow? We can help keep things organized and moving.
Services can include checking calendars and upcoming events, making reminder phone calls, sorting and filing paperwork, organizing documents, and secure document shredding using our own professional equipment.
This can be especially helpful for business owners, executives, busy professionals, seniors, or families managing a packed schedule.
Kitchen & Home Help
A little help at home can make a big difference.
Sometimes you don't need a housekeeper, you just need another set of hands.
We can help wash and prep fruits and vegetables, clean the kitchen as we go, organize groceries in your refrigerator or pantry, load or unload the dishwasher, and help get your kitchen back in order.
It's practical, everyday help designed to make life a little easier.
Moving & Special Projects
Big project? You don't have to tackle it alone.
Moving, reorganizing, and home projects can quickly become overwhelming. Magic Wand Cleaning can provide hands-on help when you need it.
We can assist with packing before a move, unpacking and getting organized afterward, and helping with other unique household projects.

Please note that packing materials like boxes and tape are available for an extra fee.

Magic Wand Cleaning was established in Cowlitz County in 2012 and has built its business around being dependable, efficient, flexible, and respectful of the people and spaces we serve.
Our owner also holds an Associate Degree as a Medical Assistant and has hands-on professional office experience, including a six-month clinical internship handling phone calls, appointment reminders, paperwork, and filing.
We're fully self-sufficient, provide our own professional equipment, and use our own vehicle for approved errands and projects.
